We are pleased to announce that David Parker, CEO and founder of Polymath Consulting, has joined Trezeo’s advisory board.
David has played an invaluable role in the global transformation of the e-money/prepaid and emerging payments landscape over the last 20 years, acting as advisor and board member to many of the world’s major payment and card businesses, including Cybertonica and Curve.
He’s also recently launched Konsentus, a third-party RegTech company which facilitates checks on the regulatory status of third-party providers and issues access tokens to enable financial institutions to be PSD2 open banking compliant.
David is really excited about the potential for Trezeo. On his appointment, David says, “With the global gig economy worth £1.15 trillion, Trezeo is ideally placed to support this rapidly growing sector and provide support to the 20-30% of people in the UK/US who earn an income this way. I am pleased to have been invited to join Trezeo to support their continued growth.”
CEO and co-founder of Trezeo, Garrett Cassidy, says, “We are delighted to have David join our already stellar advisory board to help pave the way for our continued innovation and growth. Through his consultancy and outside interests he’s led transformative strategic payments projects and influenced the regulatory landscape, and we believe that these experiences make him a great asset to the team.”
David joins our other impressive advisory board members, including: former financial services executive, Denis Donovan, transportation industry veteran, Dr. Michael Galvin; consumer and asset finance expert, Joanne Davis; and international consumer banking marketer, Deepak Ahuja.
